1.Before sale:
inquiry received,we will response in 24 hours,weekends in 48 hours.
We'll recommend the suitable molds for customers as soon as they
provide the specification they need.
If we don't have the right mold for customers,we also provide ODM
service according to the specification they need.
2.Lead time:
For new samples,the lead time is around 12-15 days by wire cutting
method,this will be very expensive for sample cost.And it's around
40-45 days to set up new molds to make samples,in this way,the
samples are free,but we have to charge for mold cost.
For those samples we have existing mold,lead time is 7-10 days.
Lead time for mass production,it's around 15-20 days after payment.
3.Payment terms:
For small amount under USD500,it's ok for Escrow or Western Union.
We have bank account to receive USD or EUR dollars for big amount.
4.After sale:
Samples can be changed for free if it's not in accord with what the
buyer told.
For mass production,it's 2 years' or 500,000 times life cycle's
warranty .We support defective products returned policy,and
exchange goods for free.
